Shipping policy

At Mats and Murals, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no codes, no surprises.


📦 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via standard ground service through one of our trusted carriers. Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days.

Please note:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

  • We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options at this time.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


🚚 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow your rug’s journey to your door.


🕓 Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us.
